Returns and Exchanges
All returned goods must be sent back by recorded delivery, unused and in the original packaging within seven days of invoice for a replacement or refund. Should you order incorrectly then there will be a restocking charge of 20%. Special order goods may not be returned.
All orders should be checked immediately to make sure they are acceptable and any damages, shortages or mistakes notified to us within 24 hours of receipt and returned as per our returns policy. Once fitted or used, it is too late to exchange or refund anything that is incorrect.
Refunds will only be given on the price of the product and not on the post & packing.
All prices and descriptions are correct at the time of placing, some pictures are examples, but manufacturers specifications, colours and prices are subject to change without notice.
Cheques & postal orders are accepted, but cheques will have to be cleared before goods are despatched.
